The following pages will guide you through the process of applying for your courses online. When you have completed the application, a confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with this account.

The information that you supply will be used by Sandwell 14-19 Learning for the purpose of processing your application and for monitoring the aspirations and demands of young people. All information is regarded as confidential and any data collected via this form will be processed or disclosed only within the limits of data protection notification. Collated data may be shared with the Local Authority (LA), the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and with Connexions.
